I am passionate about Nutritional Therapy. I spent three years learning about the science behind food and nutrition and how effective simple changes to your diet can be. It staggers me to think that whilst its thought 1 in 5 deaths worldwide could be prevented by better nutrition, its not taught extensively in schools or even given a large focus for medical students.
I want to teach and empower people how to make healthy changes themselves. I want to make this available and affordable to more people who wouldn't necessarily be able to see a Nutritional Therapist.
