It’s something that ultimately can feel very confusing whether or not you want to lose weight, trying to eat enough protein for exercise, or simply just be eating the right amount of the right sorts of food. It can sometimes feel like a minefield!
In this video I discuss how to divide up your plate to make sure you're getting enough protein, carbohydrates and vegetables. I also delve into portion sizes and easy ways to work out what portion size for each type of food is right for you.
