I’m not going to lie, I definitely don’t bake as much as I’d like to. Lack of time and with two children and a baby it’s bloody messy, there never seems to be enough time, the children end up eating half of it straight out the bowl...but every so often I suck it up and we do actually have a great time concocting something which is a cross between something mummy thinks is reasonably healthy and children think is reasonably fun.
These were sweet potato biscuits with no sweetener or sugar. Recipe from @superhealthykids. In truth they were more like gorgeously fluffy scones but they had they for breakfast so absolutely no complaints at the GP household.
