An oldie but still a goodie. Having major cravings for something sweet? Try stuffed dates. These have got almond butter but you could try peanut, cashew, hazelnut, macadamia or tahini. Each combination is absolutely GORGEOUS! Dates are lovely lovely fibre snacks, and full of minerals such as magnesium and potassium. 👏 Yes high in sugars but stuffing them offsets this with some fat and protein from the nut or seed butter. The protein slows the rate of absorption of the sugar carbohydrates and the fat makes this an incredibly satiating snack👌. p.s. totally realising this is NOT Tuesday anymore but Wednesday tips doesn’t have the same ring 😉....!
