THIS. Is my absolutely favourite. 

My request for breakfast in bed, last meal on earth, death row menu, genie in a bottle wish, end of the world food, dessert island discs - sort of meal. 

This is my go to at lunch when there’s naff all in the cupboard (but I pretty much always have these), when I’m a bit low come dinner time and when I fancy a quick and easy treat. 

Mushrooms, leek and spring onion with thyme on sourdough, with smashed avocado and just a touch of (sorreee! 🙊🙈) marmite. Heaven on a plate bettered ONLY if the same meal is topped with a poached egg and served with builders tea.
