Making kombucha 👊 So excited about this - trying to broaden my own nutritional horizons so hopefully one day I can advise others on making some delicious and health promoting kombucha. It’s properly trendy, and certainly is the ‘in’ drink at the moment but many people don’t really understand what or why they should be drinking Kombucha. Our local health food shop even has it on tap like a brewery! But it’s expensive if you want to drink it regularly (like we do) and sometimes the flavours are limited, so I’ve challenged myself into learning all about brewing the ‘booch so I can teach others how to also. If you’re Bristol based and interested in learning about this sort of thing and it’s benefits do drop me a ✍🏻 Oh and if you’re new to all this - the large gooey thing I’m handling is called a scoby (as in Sco-Bee not Scooby Doo!)
