And so my last meal with animal products for a month. A wee bit late to Veganuary but I wanted to wait until I’d got my fridge and larder properly stocked so I can really try and stick at it for 5 weeks.
I’m giving it a shot for a few reasons: to educate myself more on vegan foods and the options out there for my clients who chose to be vegan. I live in the vegan capital of the world (#bristol) a trend which is only growing in this vibrant food city! And perhaps also as my own personal challenge. I don’t eat meat, but I do rely heavily on many dairy products (pictured) in my diet so I wanted to see how difficult it is to cut these out of my diet. Cutting dairy is something I have on occasion advised clients (for differing reasons, many times related to skin conditions such as eczema) so again it’s good to challenge myself on actually how easy or difficult it is to remove. Wish me luck - any good tips out there? #veganuary #vegan #veganfood #vegansofig #happyhealthylife #bristolfoodie #plantbased #plantbaseddiet #wholefoods #plantbasedlifestyle #nutritionaltherapist #nutritionaltherapy #nutritionmatters #healthgoals #nutritiongoals #gingerandpicklesnutrition
